Engeli, Benjamin

Benjamin Engeli has performed in most European countries as well as in India and the Americas. He has appeared at festivals in Chicago, Davos, Gstaad, Ludwigsburg, and Lucerne, and has performed at prestigious venues such as the Wigmore Hall (London), the Tschaikovsky Conservatory (Moskow), the Herkulessaal Munich, the Konzerthaus Wien, and the Tonhalle Zurich. In addition to his activities as a soloist, he is very dedicated to chamber music, chiefly as a member of the Tecchler Trio. With this formation he won first prize at the International ARD-Competition in Munich in 2007. He studied in Lucerne, Basel, and Zurich, where he received his Soloist’s Diploma in 2003.
