Jurgis Liepnieks studied piano and voice at the Music School in Valmiera and music at the Pedagogical School from 1999 to 2004. Since 1987, he has sung in the men’s choir Imanta and since 1999 has been a tenor and tenor soloist in the Latvian State Choir.
