Belli, Olivia
Olivia Belli took her Master's degree in piano summa cum laude from the Giovanni Battista Pergolesi University at Fermo, attending the master classes of Franco Scala and Piero Rattalino and studying with pianists such as Alexander Lonquich, Boris Petrusansky, Lazar Berman, Jörg Demus and Andrzej Jasinski. She has performed in many Italian cities as well as in Finland, Spain and the USA. In 2001 she was invited by the Italian Government to participate in the “Women in Music” festival. She regularly performs at recitals and chamber music concerts, and she has already given several premieres; Fabio Vacchi chose her to premiere his last piano work “Echi d’Ombre”, recorded for RAI-Radio 3.

With “Mythical Dances”, combining two of the most important and virtuoso works for piano four hands, WERGO presents the recording debut of the Belli Piano Duo.
